KNIFE SKILLS
Knife skills and techniques. This class will teach you how to slice and dice, de-bone a whole chicken and how to fillet a fish. Recipe includes stuffed chicken breast and leg, herb crusted salmon trout fillet and basic soup stock. All made dishes will be packed for you to take home. $125.00 per person plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY (does not apply to group functions): All cooking classes are non-refundable. Upon booking, the Academy requires a 50% deposit payable by cash, credit card or debit. Final balance is due on the day of the event. If a client is unable to attend a class, a substitute may be sent. The Academy must be informed about this prior to class start. An individual class may be changed with a seven day advance notice. Cirillo's Culinary Academy reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule classes due to insufficient registration.
