BRUNCH

Learn how to make the perfect brunch! Start the day off right with mouth-watering options including the classics, a German, French and a North American style brunch. Classes are from 9AM to 12PM. $125.00 per person plus tax per class.

All dishes that are prepared will be packed for you to take home. CCA has take-out containers available. However, to help our environment please bring your own reusable containers.

To benefit the most from our classes CCA suggests Knife Basics for Vegetables as the starting point.

CANCELLATION POLICY (does not apply to group functions): All cooking classes are non-refundable. Upon booking, the Academy requires a 50% deposit payable by cash, credit card or debit. Final balance is due on the day of the event. If a client is unable to attend a class, a substitute may be sent. The Academy must be informed about this prior to class start. An individual class may be changed with a seven day advance notice. Cirillo's Culinary Academy reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule classes due to insufficient registration. Due to safety reasons we are asking all participants not to wear loose fitting clothing. Closed toed shoes are recommended
